Make A Handy Bin-Bucket Organizer
5 Gallon bucket and some plywood does it.

I've collected enough assorted fasteners over the years to start a hardware store and I'm a big fan of bucket organizers. It's really convenient to pick up a bucket of tools and a bucket of bolts and head off to the project site. So when the Family Handyman magazine published a reader's suggestion for this bin bucket (December, 2005), they got my attention.

Here's how it's done: Cris-crossed partitions on three levels are separated by disks. To get access to the lower levels, cut eight strategically placed holes in the side of the bucket. I'd suggest using a second bucket as a cover if the bucket bin is going to do much traveling, keeping it on with a bungee cord.
