Art Roberts is a professional chain saw carver from Muncie, Indiana.  His business is Eagle Hollow Rustic Sculpture.  Art demonstrated carving an eagle’s head from a cedar log section.  He illustrated many of the safety points that Craig had covered.  He also brought a display trailer filled with examples of his completed work for members to view.  Art’s favorite woods to carve with are cedar and catalpa.  He also frequently works in walnut, cherry, and oak.

The surplus lumber and sandpaper sale netted $143 in donations for the Christmas Toy Project.
